Each Loop performs the following steps:

1. Automatically collects job opportunities every 2 hours based on your selected job title and location.
2. Analyzes and matches these opportunities with your CV using AI-powered tools.
3. Applies automatically to the matched jobs (via email or application forms) — if you have enabled this feature.

🎯 If you prefer to apply manually, the Loop will still collect and match jobs for you, but you’ll decide which companies to apply to — giving you full control over the final step.

There is no limit to the number of job applications you can send. The process depends entirely on your subscription duration, with three plan options available:

• 28-day plan
• 3-month plan

ProofLoops supports dynamic placeholders such as [[Name]] or [[job_title]] in your message templates. These placeholders are automatically replaced with the correct data when emails are sent.

You can pause any active Loop directly from your campaign dashboard. There’s no need to delete anything — just toggle off automatic email sending until you’re ready to resume.

You can always submit a refund request to the platform’s support team. Each request is reviewed based on the reason provided and your usage conditions. We believe in fairness and flexibility, and aim to make the most reasonable decision for both parties.

Yes. You can request a CV review or redesign through ProofLoops as an additional paid service to improve your visibility and matching score.

Simply go to the settings of your active Loop, upload your updated CV, and it will automatically apply to future applications within that campaign.

3. Choose a pre-built email template or create your own using variables.
4. Connect your email account (Gmail or SMTP-supported).

Yes! You can use the “Duplicate Loop” feature to create a new campaign with the same settings. You can then make any changes you wish before launching it.

Currently, each Loop supports one active resume at a time. However, you can create multiple Loops, each with a different version of your resume, to compare performance and improve results.

No, it’s not required. You can use any email provider that supports SMTP (like Outlook, Zoho, Yahoo, etc.) to connect and enable automated email submissions.

• Manual submissions: You’ll receive the job link by email and apply manually through the company’s website, using your own email and CV.

Yes. All applications are sent using your own email address, so any replies from companies will go directly to your inbox. Make sure to check your email regularly and keep your contact details up to date on your resume.

Yes. You can pause any active Loop from the dashboard, or permanently delete it if you no longer need it. Pausing allows you to resume later without losing your settings or progress.

Absolutely. When creating a Loop, simply select the option for “Remote jobs only”, and the system will focus exclusively on remote or work-from-home opportunities.

Yes, ProofLoops is compatible with mobile browsers. However, for the best experience and full access to features, we recommend using the platform on a desktop or laptop.

When your subscription expires:

• All active Loops will stop automatically.
• Your account and data will be deleted from our system, in line with our privacy policy. If you choose to subscribe again in the future, you’ll need to create a new account and start fresh. We recommend saving any important data before your plan ends.

Yes. You can request to upgrade your plan at any time during your active subscription. Just contact our support team, and we’ll help you adjust your plan based on the remaining duration and your needs.

Not required, but highly recommended. Having a LinkedIn profile improves your chances, especially when applying to jobs on platforms like LinkedIn or when employers review your background. It also helps our AI match your profile more accurately.

The Chrome Extension allows you to apply in bulk on platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and Reed.

Setup:

1. Go to your dashboard and click “Download Apply Tool.”
2. Install it from the Chrome Web Store.

Usage:

1. Go to “All Matches” → “Pending Applications.”
2. Select jobs with “Extension Supported” status.
3. Click “Apply” → Confirm.
4. The extension will open job pages and apply for you.
5. If there are questions, they’ll be collected and can be answered later.
6. For Premium users with AI enabled, answers are filled automatically.
